The last sheet of the top is cut into four equal parts and greased with caramel sauce.
Each of the four pieces is cut again into four pieces with a knife passed through butter.
Place the 16 slices of caramel in turn.
Grease the dobos cake on the sides and the wheel on the edges.
Leave the cake in the fridge for 2-3 hours before serving.
